Gerard Connolly Roofing is built on hard work, experience, and a true connection to the Duxbury community. Originally from Galway, Ireland, Gerry Connolly began his career in roofing and construction decades ago, developing his skills both overseas and here in Massachusetts before ultimately making Duxbury his home.
Over the years, Gerry has built a reputation not just for quality workmanship, but for honesty, reliability, and treating people the right way. About Gerry
Gerry Connolly’s story is one of hard work, resilience, and community. Originally from Galway, Ireland, he came to the United States in the early 1980s and built his life through dedication to his trade and his family. After living and working in Boston and beyond, Gerry eventually settled in Duxbury, where he has become a well-known and respected member of the community.
With decades of hands-on experience in roofing and construction, Gerry has worked across a wide range of projects, from framing homes to full roofing systems. His knowledge comes from years in the field, not just behind a desk.
But what truly sets Gerry apart is how he treats people. Known locally for his generosity and willingness to help others, he has gone out of his way to assist homeowners in difficult situations, sometimes taking on work simply to help someone in need. His belief is simple: if you do good things, good things happen.
Outside of work, Gerry is an avid runner and has completed multiple marathons, including Boston, New York City, and Dublin. His dedication, discipline, and positive outlook carry over into everything he does, both personally and professionally.
